CANCELLATION POLICY

**Cancellation Policy** At Nueva Era, each appointment is intentionally reserved as a private, one-on-one experience. As a single stylist studio, your time is exclusively dedicated to you, allowing for a highly personalized and elevated service. To maintain this level of care and respect for all appointments, the following policies are in place: **Card on File** A valid card is required at the time of booking. By securing an appointment, you authorize Nueva Era Studio Salon to charge the card on file in accordance with the policies outlined below. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** A minimum of **24 hours’ notice** is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This ensures the opportunity to thoughtfully accommodate other clients. **Late Cancellations** Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a **50% service charge**, applied to the card on file. **No-Shows** Missed appointments without notice will be charged **100% of the scheduled service**. **Late Arrivals** A **15-minute grace period** is extended for late arrivals. Beyond this window, appointments may be adjusted or respectfully rescheduled to preserve the quality and flow of the experience. Full service pricing may still apply. **Deposits** Select services require a deposit to reserve your appointment. Deposits are **non-refundable** and will be applied toward your final balance. In the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. **Future Bookings** Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require **advance payment in full** to secure future reservations.
